Mission
My mission is to leave everyone I come in to contact with a little better off than they were before. This can be as simple as an encouraging conversation or as in-depth as a months-long improvement collaboration. I do this by balancing the head (process, goals, data) and the heart (empathy, kindness, awareness). I was once told logic is the only thing that matters in business. Humans are emotional beings who often react from those emotional states. So, I find it extremely logical to take account of our customers' and colleagues' emotions as we navigate improvement and change. Emotional trouble-shooting, if you will.

Outside of Work
In my free-time I enjoy creative writing and have had the honor of being published in a few literary journals as well as having a short piece performed at the O'Shaughnessy Theatre in St. Paul.

With a Goldilock's flair I am often too hot or too cold, and rarely just right. Layering with a cardigan is my saving grace in this regard.

I am a mother to two children and one cat with my husband, Dylan. When we aren't binge watching the latest sci-fi or action series, you can usually find us by the water or the mountains.
